HOW OUR CLASSES WORK...

1. PRIME

You will start each workout with movement prep and warm-up. Prime will not only prepare you for the workout, but will also extend to helping you move and feel better in life.

Ladder drills, box jumps, kettlebell swings, med ball drills. It is essential that we dedicate a portion of the to power development. 

3. STRENGTH

We focus on strengthening in the core, hip hinging, squatting in upper body polling. Your goal should be to get stronger, but with a focus on quality of movement rather than just quantity.

4. BURN

We end each work out with a burn. This is training on the air, bike rollers, and skiers. This is designed to get your heart rate up in a responsible way.

1. FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT SCREENING

We start off by running you through our functional movement screening to get a better understanding of where you're at! 

2. PROGRAM DESIGN

We combine your goals and the results from your functional movement screening to design a program specialized just for YOU!

3. THRIVE TO YOUR GOAL!

We then get to work on your goals! Making adjustments along the way to keep you processing along! No matter where you're starting we have a program for you!
