If you're looking for a fun, engaging cardio workout, consider trying Thrive Sports & Fitness for zumba. Zumba is a high-energy class that combines dance and aerobic moves. With up-tempo music as your soundtrack, zumba will keep you entertained throughout the class.


One of the best ways to keep your workouts fun and challenging is to try new forms of exercise. Step away from the treadmill or elliptical and give zumba a try!

Join our Wednesday zumba class

Our zumba classes are held on Wednesday evenings from 6:00 to 7:00 and are led by licensed zumba instructor Sarah Devino. If you've never done a zumba class before, we recommend wearing comfortable clothes and sneakers.

Firm up with our dance, kick, and tone class

If you enjoy zumba, you'll probably also like our dance, kick, and tone class. This class includes the dance-like elements of zumba with a focus on firming and toning your body. LIke zumba, this course is led by instructor Sarah Devino. It is held on Tuesdays from 6:30 to 7:30 in the evenings.

Class rates to fit your schedule

You can come to our zumba and dance, kick, and tone classes as often as you like. You can drop-in to a single class for $10. Or, you can pay monthly. $30 will allow you to take one class per month and $60 will allow you to take two classes per month. Call us if you have any questions.
