There are numerous reasons to begin practicing yoga. Although many people see yoga as a way to unwind and relax, it can have real, measurable health benefits. Practitioners of yoga have experienced increased flexibility, muscle growth, and even lower blood pressure.

Yoga for All Levels

Gentle flow focusing on increasing flexibility and decreasing aches and pains through stretching and strengthening of the core.

Yoga for Golfers

Yoga for golfers is a class that focuses on improving your flexibility and balance and building strength. This is a great class for athletes as well as people who just want to improve their daily lives. This class can be adapted for a variety of fitness levels.
